For dinner in a Vietnamese restaurant…
We went to one of my favourite steer markets and ate my the best shrimp in town, crab and shellfish.
Leendert got his first beer (ok a malt one) – notice the nice contrast with the background (it’s like a before/after picture!)
We tried the Durian and the faces say it all!
(good thing there are no pictures of me later that night!)
So we switched from Dubai (dry) heat to Kuala Lumpur – Humid and 27 degrees (centigrade)
Great to be in the region. Straight off to walk the town and visit the the prime KL site, the Petronas building – visited the mall and had a great street dinner.
Tried to take a picture of the platter, but by the time I got the camera to focus this was all I could frame!
